Our Contact page lets you send us a message. When you submit the form, it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled, addressed to contact@cithera-ipsc.fr. The form itself does not transmit or store any data on our servers — the message is sent directly from your device through your own email provider, the same way it would if you wrote us an email yourself.
Any personal data you choose to include (your name, email address, and message) is then handled as part of our normal email correspondence, retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and never shared with third parties or used for marketing without your separate consent.
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie preferences, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. See section 3 for details.
Cookies are small text files (or, in some cases, entries in your browser's local storage) placed on your device to make the site work and, optionally, to help us understand how it's used. We ask for your consent before setting anything beyond what's strictly necessary, and you can change your mind at any time.
| Category | Purpose | Consent required |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Remembers your cookie preference so we don't ask again. Stored in your browser's local storage, not shared with anyone. | No — required for the site to work |
| Analytics | Helps us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general engagement) so we can improve it. | Yes — only set if you opt in |
Current status: analytics cookies are not currently active on this site. If we enable a tool such as Google Analytics in the future, it will only load in your browser after you've given explicit consent through the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated to name the specific cookies involved, their duration, and any data transferred.
You can review or change your choice at any time:
Your cookie preference is kept until you clear your browser storage or change it yourself. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, in line with standard business record-keeping practice.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@cithera-ipsc.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new tool or cookie category. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
